Jurish Aguinaldo

Digital Excellence Advisor at Shell

Jurish has joined Shell as Digital and Social Excellence Advisor – APAC on 7 February 2022, based in Manila, Philippines.

She collaborates with businesses across the APAC region to provide strategic insights and guidance on enhancing their digital presence through websites and social media. Beyond her regional work, she plays a key role in championing digital accessibility, contributing to global communications initiatives aligned with the European Accessibility Act at Shell.

With over 13 years of digital experience, she began her career at a digital agency, gaining expertise across diverse sectors including FMCG, retail, banking, aviation and the like. Her skill set spans content creation/management, media buying, digital PR, and strategic planning. Prior to joining Shell, she led digital transformation initiatives for global F&B and fitness brands, bringing a good mix of leadership and innovation to the Philippines and broader APAC region.

Outside of work, Jurish enjoys caring for her seven dogs, going on nature walks and beach trips, traveling to experience different cultures, or simply unwinding with her favorite movies and series at home.

Digital Excellence Advisor at Shell

Samiksha More has joined Shell as Digital and Social Excellence Advisor - APAC on 3 July 2023, based in Manila, Philippines.

Her role involves providing strategic consultations and guidance on websites and social media platforms. She is also responsible for publishing most confidential global projects. In addition, she plays an essential role in advancing digital accessibility, contributing to initiatives aligned with the European Accessibility Act, and supporting enhancements in technical processes and automation globally.

Before becoming part of Shell, she gained extensive experience working at Accenture for 9 years while supporting Shell offshore digital operations. She first embarked on her journey as a content web-publisher and later collaborated with various colleagues at Shell as the deputy DEA for the CEE & MED region. In subsequent stages, she played a vital role in supporting our APAC markets while simultaneously leading a team of editors at Accenture.

Samiksha holds a master’s degree in Information Technology from Mumbai University. She was born and raised in Mumbai and made the exciting move to Manila to work directly with Shell.

Samiksha is a subject-matter expert in various tools such as AEM, Formstack, and Gist. She has been instrumental in recommending and implementing solutions based on these tools.

When not at work, Samiksha spends her free time on self-improvement and recreation. She practices Yoga, is learning piano, and pursues other passions, which include dancing, traveling, and trekking. Currently she is eager to immerse herself in the local culture, and learn about the people, food, and traditions in Manila.

With over a decade of marketing experience, Izabela is the Head of Solutions Marketing & Evangelism at Siteimprove, shaping strategic messaging, thought leadership, and market education. Previously CMO, she led brand, demand, and product marketing, driving a company rebrand and major product launches. She also held leadership roles at Signify and Philips Lighting. Izabela holds a master’s in international economics from the Warsaw School of Economics and a CEMS master’s in international management.
