Shane Paladin, Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of Siteimprove, Shane is passionate about empowering brands to create digital experiences that not only perform, but matter. He drives the company’s vision, strategy, and leadership, drawing from 20+ years of experience in enterprise software spanning the United States, Europe, and Asia. Shane has held various executive roles at both VC-backed and public companies, most recently with SAP as President of Services, a $4B global business. Additionally, he is a board member at Board International and spends time coaching entrepreneurs in the tech startup community. Shane started his career in the United States Army and completed his master's at the University of Oxford.

Martin M Fitzpatrick, Chief Financial Officer

Martin has over 25 years of experience in the enterprise software space, having serviced in senior leadership positions in both private and public companies over multiple industries. As CFO of Siteimprove Martin is responsible for managing the core financial business planning and reporting process of the company, leading the global controller organization, supporting the CEO and his executive management team with strategy development, growth and value creation. He also has responsibility for the IT and legal functions. Prior to joining Siteimprove, Martin was Chief Financial Officer of Shift-Technology SAS, a PE backed hyper growth SaaS company in Insurtech, and for LLamasoft Inc., a leader in AI-based supply chain and decisioning software. Martin has also held finance leadership positions in Qlik Technology, JP Morgan Chase, Microsoft and Braun. Martin is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA/CGMA) and holds a Master of Science degree in Information Technology from Dublin City University and an MBA from Singapore Management University (SMU).

Izabela Misiorny, Chief Marketing Officer

With over a decade of experience in marketing, Izabela is a CMO with a passion for growing value-driven brands and empowering marketers with tools that help them do more with less. In her current role, she is responsible for driving brand awareness, product positioning, and demand for our state-of-the-art solutions worldwide. Prior to becoming CMO, she was Siteimprove’s SVP, Product Marketing; she also led product marketing teams at Signify and Phillips Lighting. Iza earned her master's in international economics from Warsaw School of Economics and a CEMS master's in international management.

Britt Provost, Chief Human Resources Officer

Britt is a people and talent executive with over 20 years of experience in the global and growth tech space. As CHRO of Siteimprove, she ensures that the company delivers progressive career experiences and programs for the community through the daily efforts of her team of HR professionals. Her previous roles include Chief Human Resources Officer at Accolade, Promethean, and Apptio, as well as extensive experience as a strategic advisor with senior executives, boards of directors, and compensation committees. Britt earned her bachelor’s in art history from the University of Washington and her MBA from the University of Colorado.

Robbie Roberts, Chief Information Officer

With a career spanning over two decades, Robbie is a seasoned technology leader known for driving technical business transformation and fostering operational excellence in competitive market sectors. His extensive experience includes providing technical leadership to facilitate business growth, notably overseeing all technical and operational aspects of software delivery, ensuring the delivery of robust platforms that meet both customers and internal stakeholders' expectations. In his current role as Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Siteimprove, Robbie leads teams and functions in DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, Corporate Technology, and Business Systems across key regions including the UK, the US, Denmark, and Portugal. Additionally, he is responsible for the delivery of Siteimprove compliance programs, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices. Robbie’s previous roles include Senior Director of Technical Operations at Thomson Reuters, VP of Global Technical Operations at HighQ, Director of Infrastructure at Zoopla, and Head of IT at Aerandi.

Gary Higgins, EVP Global Sales

As Siteimprove’s global EVP of the Go To Market organization, Gary Higgins brings 25 years of experience as a sales leader to his role. Offering a proven track record of consistent over-achievement in business development and account management, he has helped scale sales organizations from startup to enterprise status. Having honed his sales leadership approach with SaaS giants including Adobe and Zuora, Gary is highly adept at value-based selling with an emphasis on customer success and executive engagement.

Clay Garrard, SVP Engineering

Clay Garrard is the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Siteimprove, where he oversees all aspects of engineering and platform operations. With over two decades of experience, Clay is a seasoned technology executive known for driving operational excellence, fostering innovation, and delivering transformative business results. Throughout his career, Clay has led large-scale cloud migrations, spearheaded cost-saving initiatives, and built high-performing teams to achieve measurable outcomes. As an entrepreneur, he founded and successfully sold his company to Microsoft, highlighting his ability to deliver value at the intersection of technology and business. Passionate about collaboration, automation, and aligning innovation with business goals, Clay combines strategic vision with hands-on expertise to ensure scalable, impactful results. His journey from software engineer to entrepreneur to executive leader reflects a commitment to mentorship, continuous improvement, and the pursuit of excellence.

Ali Shaffer, Chief of Staff

As Chief of Staff at Siteimprove, Ali is passionate about the intersection of communications, strategy and operations. She is responsible for maximizing company efficiency and productivity, consistently delivering process and program improvements, managing strategic corporate initiatives and goals, running internal communications, and providing executive oversight on run of business operations. Ali has more than a decade of experience working with B2B companies in global roles spanning journalism, communication, marketing, and engineering, product, and business operations. Prior to Siteimprove, Ali was Chief of Staff at Apptio, an IBM company. Ali earned her degree in journalism and communications at Pacific Lutheran University.

Mads Sørensen, General Counsel

Mads Sørensen is the General Counsel of Siteimprove, overseeing Siteimprove’s global legal organization including contracts, compliance matters, corporate governance, risk management, vendor management and M&A support. Prior to Siteimprove, Mads was an Attorney at Plesner working with EU and Danish competition law matters as part of the EU and competition law team. Mads earned a Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws from the University of Copenhagen.

Morten Hübbe, Chairman

Morten is the Group CEO of Tryg, a Scandinavian insurance company serving users in Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden. He also previously held CFO roles at Tryg and, Zürich Nordic and has also served on boards in the banking, software and real estate development industries. Morten holds a BSc in International Business Administration and Modern Languages and a MSc in Finance and Accounting (CBS) and management program at Wharton.

Judith Michelle Williams, Board Member

Judith is the co-founder of the human resources information platform Sugarwork Inc. A graduate of Harvard University (A.B.) and Stanford University (MA & PHD), Judith was appointed to the World Economic Forum Global Future Council on Equality and Inclusion and the Community of Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officers. She has served on the Business Roundtable Education and Workforce Coordinating Committee and as a Special Advisor for Brighton Park Capital.

Rolf Torsøe, Board Member

Rolf is the Managing Director at Nordic Capital. Before joining the firm he was a partner at ABG Sundal Collier focusing on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets advisory in the technology sector. Rolf holds a MSc in Economics and Business Administration/Cand.merc. from the Norwegian School of Economics.

James Norwood, Board Member

James is a Strategic Advisor for the private equity firms Accel-KKR and Nordic Capital. He has also served as an operational c-level executive in PE portfolio companies for more than a decade. Prior to his PE advisory roles, James served as Executive Vice President Strategy, Chief of Staff and CMO at Episerver. James studied Computer Science at the University of Westminster before co-funding his first technology startup in 1988.

As CEO, Shane is responsible for driving strategy, execution, and growth across Siteimprove. He brings to this role broad experience in executive management, sales leadership, product management and innovation delivery spanning both enterprise software and the start-up community.

Fredrik Näslund, Board Member

Fredrik Näslund joined Nordic Capital in March 2001 and has been with the firm for over 20 years. He has been the responsible advisor for more than 30 platform investments across the Technology & Payments and Healthcare sectors. Fredrik heads the Technology & Payments team and serves as the Chief Investment Process Officer. He is also a member of the Flagship Fund Review Committee. Over the past two decades, Fredrik has played a key role in establishing Nordic Capital as the leading private equity investor in the Technology & Payments sector. His efforts include investments in companies such as Point, Bambora, Itiviti, CINT, Macrobond, Regnology, Inovalon, and Trustly. Before joining Nordic Capital, Fredrik was part of the management team at Capio, where he held various leadership positions. He holds an MSc in Engineering Physics from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg and an MSc in Business Administration from the School of Economics and Commercial Law at the University of Gothenburg.
