you publish next.

What’s launching

Siteimprove CMS Remediation Agent showing AI-generated alt text suggestions for accessibility issues, with options to review and publish fixes directly to WordPress.

CMS Remediation Agent

Introducing shift-left remediation inside the CMS. Fix accessibility issues directly where your content is published (WordPress, Drupal). Every fix your team approves is WCAG-verified and logged in a shareable audit trail.

PDF Policies

Introducing content and compliance policy enforcement for PDFs, extending capabilities previously available only for web pages. Create a policy that automatically finds every document with outdated or missing data, so your PDF documents are held to the same standard as your web pages.

Accessibility rules now reach documents, not just web pages. With the introduction of PDF Policies and the expanded PDF Remediation Agent, your documents are held to the same standard as your pages.

ADA Title II requires WCAG 2.1 AA by April 26, 2027 for US public entities serving 50,000 or more, and April 26, 2028 for smaller entities and special districts. The rule explicitly covers PDFs, online forms, and electronic documents. Section 504 sets the same standard for recipients of HHS federal financial assistance, including hospitals, clinics, insurers, and medical schools, with deadlines of May 11, 2027 for organizations with 15 or more employees and May 10, 2028 for smaller ones. In Europe, the European Accessibility Act has applied since June 28, 2025 to products and services sold into the EU, based on where your customers are rather than where your business is incorporated.

Overlays and widgets adjust pages at runtime. The underlying issues remain, your program doesn't progress, and there's nothing to show in an audit.

The CMS Remediation Agent applies the accessibility fixes you approve directly in WordPress or Drupal.

Resolve issues where they're found instead of raising a ticket and waiting. Your team stays in control of what ships. The agent suggests each fix, your team reviews, and approved fixes are verified against WCAG and logged in a shareable audit trail.

Share that record with auditors, regulators, a procurement team, or your leadership — proof of progress rather than undocumented claims.

This expansion of the PDF Remediation Agent generates alt text for every image in a PDF in a single pass. Each description is context-aware, drawn from the surrounding text so it reflects what the document conveys.

Your team reviews a single list of suggestions per PDF instead of writing descriptions image by image, adjusts any suggestion as needed, then downloads the remediated file. Your original PDF stays untouched, so you choose when and where to publish the new version.

The PDF Remediation Agent handles the volume. Our accessibility specialists handle the rest — manual review, complex documents, and the files that need expert judgment. Siteimprove.ai helps your team clear the PDF accessibility backlog, at a scale neither automation nor people manage alone.

PDF Policies introduces content and compliance policy enforcement for PDFs. Create a policy that identifies which documents carry outdated or missing data — a retired form, an address that changed, a term you no longer use.

The same platform that finds the issue fixes it: the PDF Remediation Agent handles accessibility, your team approves, and every change is logged.

Governance now spans your entire digital estate, with PDFs held to the same standard as your web pages.

The Conversational Analytics Agent expansion lets Analytics users configure Key Metrics, Funnels, and Segments through natural-language prompts. Describe the goal — find out where people give up in our appointment booking flow — and the agent works out whether that's a Key Metric, a Funnel, or a Segment, then builds it.

Complex technical configuration is the barrier to insight — which construct you need, which URLs to match, what filter logic to apply. That's the work the agent does for you. Your team reviews the configuration before tracking goes live.

The measurement you need exists because you described it, not because another team had time to build it. Included for every Analytics customer.
