Siteimprove has a fresh, updated brand
- By Kyra Kuik - Sep 29, 2020
We’re very excited to share that as of today, Siteimprove has a new brand. This new brand launch is a result of a company-wide reflection process and time spent talking to customers and partners to verbalize who we are and how we help our customers. And now, we have a new look to reflect that identity—plus, our new website is more accessible, which is a core value for us.
Why are we updating our brand?
The world has changed a lot since we were founded in 2003, including our product, customers, and partners. When we first started, we were crawling customer sites checking for broken links. Our customers’ needs have massively matured since then, and we now provide a solution that addresses the breadth of their digital needs.
We want a brand that showcases that evolution process and represents how we want to help customers in the future. Our guiding principle is to help organizations create better website experiences and drive growth.
So, as of today, we have an updated corporate visual identity to reflect that direction, including a new tone of voice, messaging, and more. But don’t worry—nothing about our product, services, or support is changing (besides a fresh new look).
Our promises to you
As part of our brand work, we took the time to deeply reflect on the true value we offer our customers. Out of that work came four brand promises we make to our customers:
1. We help you simplify the complex
Managing complex web estates means getting a basic overview of your organization’s digital footprint can be challenging. We cut through that complexity by helping you regain control through full visibility.
2. We help you make data-driven decisions
We help you make data-driven decisions by showing you which actions have the greatest impact. Our goal is to help you make decisions that move the needle, rather than wasting time analyzing the potential impact of each task.
3. We empower you to grow
Siteimprove provides you with a platform to grow your digital efforts efficiently across teams, departments, and key digital activities.
4. We work with you
Technology alone won’t help you achieve the results you’re after—but a technology partner can. We work with you to create implementation and success plans, including training and professional development courses. Our global presence lets us meet your needs as you grow, while always providing a people-centric and personal experience.
So, please check out our new website and see what you think of the new colors, typography, messaging, and content. We hope you like it.
